How Stackable127 Works

Raising Stack Limits to 127

Stackable127 Mod changes how many of the same item or block can occupy a single inventory slot. In vanilla Minecraft, most items cap at 64 per stack, while some are limited to 16 or even 1. This mod raises those limits, allowing stacks of up to 127 items.

The change applies broadly to items and blocks, so you do not need to configure individual entries. Once the mod is installed, the increased limit is simply in effect, and items you pick up will fill slots further before spilling into new ones.

The practical result is fewer occupied slots for the same amount of material. Bulk resources, building blocks, and other commonly hoarded items take up less room, which keeps chests and your inventory tidier. Because the cap is higher rather than unlimited, stacks still have a defined maximum, and slots behave predictably when you split or merge them.
