Connecting Your Server to a Database

SQLib Plugin enables your Minecraft server to connect to external SQL databases like MySQL or SQLite. This allows you to store player data, server configurations, and custom plugin information in a structured format rather than relying solely on server files.

To use SQLib, you'll need database access credentials and basic SQL knowledge. The plugin handles the connection management, letting you execute queries and manage data through in-game commands or configuration files.

Permissions control who can interact with the database: sqllib.query allows executing custom SQL queries, sqllib.backup enables database maintenance tasks, and sqllib.admin grants full administrative access. This separation helps server administrators maintain security while delegating specific database responsibilities to trusted players or moderators.
