How to Enable Sparkles Translations for Non-English Players

Why Translations Matter Here

Stardust Labs content adds new biomes, items, and structures whose names only exist in English by default. Sparkles bundles translated language entries so these show up correctly in your chosen language instead of falling back to English or a raw identifier.

Switching Languages Correctly

1. Enable Sparkles in your resource pack list and place it above other packs that modify language files.

2. Go to Options → Language and pick your language. The game reloads language data immediately.

3. Open a world and check a custom biome name, an Incendium item tooltip, or a structure name. These are the entries Sparkles fills in.

4. If some strings are still English, that's expected — Sparkles only covers Stardust Labs content, not vanilla text.

5. If everything reverts to English, another pack above Sparkles is overriding the same language file. Reorder so Sparkles wins, then reload with F3+T.

Keeping It Consistent

Language files load at startup, so after changing pack order, restart the client rather than relying on a resource reload. Keep Sparkles updated alongside your datapacks so newly added content gets translated entries too.
