Remove or Reset Shader Effects

Clearing the Current Effect

If a shader effect becomes overwhelming, disorienting, or you simply want to return to normal vision, milk is your solution.

Steps

1. Obtain a bucket of milk. This can be collected from cows using an empty bucket.

2. Hold the milk bucket in your hand and right-click to drink it.

3. The shader effect will immediately disappear. Your world returns to its normal appearance.

4. Repeat as needed. If you activate another effect and want to clear it, simply drink milk again.

Notes

Milk works instantly—there's no delay or gradual fade. You can drink milk even if no effect is currently active; it simply won't do anything visible. Keep a bucket of milk in your inventory if you plan to experiment with many effects, so you're never stuck with a shader you dislike.
