Adjust Volume Levels for Individual Sounds

Understanding Dual Volume Control

Soundboard Plus Mod gives you two separate volume sliders for each sound: one for how loud it is to you, and one for how loud other players hear it.

1. Open the soundboard menu (press J)

2. Select the sound you want to adjust

3. Find the volume sliders in the sound's settings

4. The first slider controls your local volume (what you hear)

5. The second slider controls broadcast volume (what others hear through voice chat)

Balancing Your Audio

You might want sounds louder for yourself but quieter for teammates, or vice versa:

  • Set local volume high if you want clear audio feedback
  • Lower broadcast volume if the sound might be annoying to others
  • Test both settings while in voice chat to find the right balance
  • Remember these settings are saved per sound, so you can customize each one differently

This dual-slider system prevents you from accidentally blasting your friends while still letting you hear your own audio clearly.
