How to Combine the Souls RPG Font With Other Resource Packs
Understanding Load Order
Minecraft applies resource packs from top to bottom, and the topmost pack wins for any file it contains. Since the Souls RPG Font only changes font textures, it rarely conflicts with texture or sound packs, but load order still matters when another pack also edits fonts.
Setting the Right Order
Open Options → Resource Packs. In your selected list:
- Place Souls RPG Font above packs that change fonts, so its gothic style takes priority.
- Place it below packs you want to fully control unrelated textures, if those packs happen to bundle a font you dislike.
Testing the Result
Apply the changes and check a sign, the chat, and a book. If the font reverted to vanilla or to another pack's style, your order is wrong. Drag the pack up or down and reapply until the gothic lettering shows everywhere you expect.
Keeping It Stable
Avoid running two font packs at once unless you deliberately want one to override the other. If you add a large overhaul pack later, revisit this menu and confirm Souls RPG Font is still positioned where you want it, since some packs reorder themselves when updated.
