Troubleshoot Missing Audio on Bedrock

Check Plugin Dependencies

Run:

/cjb-bedrock status

`

This shows whether Geyser and Floodgate are properly installed and connected. The plugin requires both to bridge audio to Bedrock players. If either is missing, you'll see a warning instead of a crash.

Verify the Resource Pack Was Generated

Confirm that a .mcpack file exists in plugins/Geyser/packs/. If it's missing, run:

/cjb-bedrock generate

`

Ensure Bedrock Players Have Downloaded the Pack

Have Bedrock players check their active resource packs in settings. The custom pack should appear in their list. If not, they may need to rejoin the server to trigger the download.

Reload Plugin Settings

If you've made changes to sound files or settings, reload the plugin:

Then restart the server for changes to take full effect.
