Getting Started with Soft Memory Shaders

Installation and Basic Use

Soft Memory Shaders is a shader pack that modifies how light and color appear in your world. Install it using your shader loader, then enable it from the shader options menu in-game.

Once active, you'll notice the world takes on warmer, softer tones with gentler lighting overall. Shadows become less harsh and the sky gains a nostalgic, dreamlike quality. The effect works across all biomes and times of day.

If the look feels too soft or you prefer sharper contrast, you can disable the shader and return to vanilla lighting. Performance may vary depending on your system, as shaders add processing overhead to rendering.
