Safely Handle Cursed Items You Find

Before Equipping

Always check the item name color before putting on armor or holding tools:

1. Look at the tooltip—is the item name red?

2. If yes, the item has a hidden curse. Do not equip it unless you know what you're doing.

3. If unsure, place the item in a chest or your inventory without equipping.

Removing Cursed Items

If you accidentally equip a cursed item:

• Curse of Binding: You cannot unequip the item through normal means.
• Curse of Vanishing: The item will disappear when you die. Keep cursed items in a safe storage location away from your main inventory during dangerous activities.

Strategic Storage

Keep cursed items in a dedicated chest far from your base, or use a separate storage system. This prevents accidental equipping and protects you from losing valuable gear if Curse of Vanishing triggers.
