Set Up Your PvP Hotbar for Maximum Visibility

Organize Your Combat Items

The resource pack shrinks held items to keep your screen clear during fights. To make the most of this, arrange your hotbar with your most-used weapons and tools in slots where you'll switch quickly.

Steps:

1. Place your primary sword or weapon in slot 1

2. Add your shield to slot 2 (it will display much smaller than default)

3. Put healing items like golden apples or potions in slots 3–4

4. Reserve slots 5–9 for utility items like blocks, crystals, or anchors

5. Test your setup in combat to ensure you can find items without looking away from your opponent

Why This Matters

With smaller held items, you gain a wider field of view to track enemy movement and positioning. Your hotbar stays visible and organized, but the reduced item size means less screen obstruction when you're holding weapons or shields. Practice switching between slots during practice fights so muscle memory develops naturally.
