Adjust Totem Size and Position to Your Preference

Locating the Configuration Files

The Smaller Totem Resource Pack modifies how the Totem of Undying renders on your screen. To fine-tune its appearance beyond the default smaller size, you'll need to access the resource pack's files.

Navigate to your resource packs folder and locate the Smaller Totem Resource Pack directory. Inside, you'll find JSON model files that control the totem's dimensions and positioning.

Editing Model Files

Open the relevant model JSON file in a text editor. Look for transformation properties that control:

• Scale values — these determine overall size
• Translation values — these control vertical and horizontal positioning on your screen

Adjust these numbers incrementally. Smaller scale values make the totem even less intrusive; translation adjustments let you move it further down or to the side. After editing, save the file and reload your resource pack in-game (F3 + T to refresh textures).

Testing Your Changes

Equip a Totem of Undying and observe how it appears in your hand. If the changes don't look right, undo them and try different values. Keep backups of the original files so you can revert if needed.
