Finding and Looting Small Structures

Locating Structures

Small Structures spawn naturally across your world during generation. They're designed to be subtle, so keep an eye out while exploring. Structures appear more frequently in certain biomes—forests tend to have camps and log piles, plains host farms, and deserts contain ruins. Water towers and wells often appear near bodies of water.

What to Expect

Most structures contain a chest with basic supplies. Camps typically hold food, tools, or materials useful for early-game survival. Farms may have harvestable crops or seeds. Ruins sometimes contain older or rarer items depending on the structure type.

Harvesting Tips

Structures use only standard Minecraft blocks, so you can break them down completely if you need the materials. Chests won't respawn, so loot them only once per structure. If you find a structure in an inconvenient location, you can safely dismantle it without affecting world generation elsewhere.

Small Structures are intentionally non-intrusive—they won't block your building projects or clutter your base area, making them perfect for casual exploration without commitment.
