Expanding Your Base Beyond the Original Cabin

Gather Local Resources

The beach provides abundant materials. Collect sand from the shore for glass and sandstone, wood from nearby trees, and stone from any rocky areas. Use your starting tools to harvest these efficiently. Ocean water is also nearby for future building projects.

Plan Your Expansion

Decide which direction to build—extend horizontally along the beach, build upward for a second story, or create separate structures nearby. Keep your expansion close enough to the original cabin that you can access it quickly at night.

Build Safely

Construct walls and a roof before nightfall to protect against hostile mobs. Use the cabin as your anchor point and build outward in stages. Add torches as you build to prevent mob spawning in new areas. Consider building a perimeter fence around your expanded base for additional security.
