Understanding crop growth during sleep

With Sleep Warp Updated Mod, crops continue to grow while you sleep because the world ticks at an accelerated rate. This means you can advance crop growth cycles much faster than normal gameplay.

Setting up an efficient farm

Plant your crops in organized rows or plots. When you're ready to accelerate growth, gather your group (in multiplayer) or simply go to bed. The more players sleeping on a server, the faster crops will mature.

Timing your sleep cycles

Sleep for multiple night cycles to accumulate growth ticks. Each night you spend in bed advances the world's internal clock, allowing crops to progress through their growth stages more quickly than if you were awake.

Combining with furnaces

While sleeping accelerates crop growth, furnaces also smelt items faster during this time. You can use sleep cycles to process materials and grow food simultaneously, making it an efficient way to prepare resources.

Monitoring progress

Wake up periodically to check your crops' growth stage. Once they're fully mature, harvest and replant to begin another accelerated cycle.
