Compatibility Across Block Types

Slab Back Mod works with nearly all slab variants in Minecraft, including wood, stone, and other materials.

Combining Specific Slab Types

1. Wooden slabs: Combine two oak, birch, spruce, jungle, acacia, or dark oak slabs to recover their respective full logs or planks

2. Stone variants: Stone, sandstone, red sandstone, and other stone slabs all convert back to their full block equivalents

3. Specialty slabs: Purpur, blackstone, deepslate, and other less common slabs are supported

4. Modded slabs: If other mods add slab variants, many are compatible with Slab Back Mod

Key Reminder

Always match slab types exactly—you cannot combine a stone slab with a wooden slab, even though both are slabs. The mod requires both pieces to be identical materials to produce a valid result.
