Protect Starred Items from Accidental Loss

Enable Item Protection

Navigate to your Skytils configuration and find the Items or Dungeons section (depending on your mod version). Look for the option to Stop Dropping, Salvaging, and Selling Starred Dungeon Items.

Activate the Feature

Toggle this setting to ON. Once enabled, any item in your inventory that has a star (indicating it's important or expensive) cannot be:

• Dropped by right-clicking
• Salvaged through the salvage menu
• Sold to NPCs or the auction house

How It Works

When you attempt to drop, salvage, or sell a starred item, the action is blocked entirely. This prevents accidental loss of valuable dungeon drops, rare items, or equipment you're actively using.

Additional Protection

Pair this with the Pet Item Confirmation feature to add an extra confirmation prompt before using or selling pet items. Together, these features significantly reduce the risk of losing valuable gear during fast-paced gameplay or inventory management.
