Remove or Replace Clouds
Disabling Default Clouds
Sky Aesthetics gives you control over Minecraft's cloud layer. You can remove clouds entirely, replace them with custom textures, or adjust their appearance.
Steps to Remove Clouds
1. Open your Sky Aesthetics configuration file
2. Look for a cloud or weather-related section
3. Set clouds to disabled or false (exact property name varies by mod version)
4. Save and reload your world
Replacing Clouds with Custom Textures
If you want to keep clouds but change their appearance:
1. Prepare a custom cloud texture (PNG format)
2. Place it in your resource pack's texture directory
3. Reference the texture path in your Sky Aesthetics config
4. Adjust cloud height, scale, or opacity if those options are available
5. Reload to see changes
Troubleshooting
- If clouds still appear, check that your config file is in the correct location
- Ensure the mod is loaded before your resource pack in the load order
- Some sky presets may override cloud settings; check for conflicting configurations
