Change Your Skin to Match Another Player

Using the Skin Command

The /skin command lets you adopt the appearance of any other player on your server. This is useful for roleplay, events, or just trying a new look.

How to Change Skins

1. Open your chat window (default: T key).

2. Type /skin <playername> and replace <playername> with the exact name of the player whose skin you want to copy.

  • Example: /skin Steve or /skin Alex

3. Press Enter to apply the change.

4. Check your appearance by opening your inventory or looking at your character model.

If the Skin Doesn't Appear Immediately

Sometimes the visual update takes a moment to sync across the server:

1. Type /skin update to force a refresh.

2. Move around or re-join the server if the skin still doesn't show.

Return to Your Original Look

If you want to go back to your default skin, type /skin clear. This resets your appearance without affecting other players.
