Change Your Own Skin or Cape

Opening the Overrides Screen

Press the default O key to open the Skin Overrides mod menu. Alternatively, access it through your mod menu if you prefer that route.

Applying a New Skin or Cape

1. In the Overrides screen, locate your player name in the list

2. Select your entry to view customization options

3. Choose Skin or Cape depending on what you want to change

4. Browse your personal library or upload a new skin/cape file

5. Click to apply your selection

The change takes effect immediately—you'll see your new appearance in-game right away. Other players online will also see your updated look.

Reverting to Default

If you want to go back to your original skin or cape, return to the Overrides screen and select the default option for that slot. Your Minecraft account skin will be restored.
