Installation and Basic Use

Once installed, Sinister Cinematic Lighting automatically transforms your world's lighting. The shader pack darkens your surroundings and introduces colored light sources that cast moody shadows across caves and nighttime areas.

To experience the full effect, explore during night or venture into caves where the reduced visibility and dense fog create tension. The pack maintains Minecraft's classic blocky appearance while dramatically changing the atmosphere.

If you experience lag, the shader is designed to run smoothly on low-end systems, but you can adjust your graphics settings if needed. The vanilla feel remains intact—only the lighting and mood change, so gameplay mechanics stay familiar.
