Translate Large Menus and GUI Screens

Use Full-Screen Translation

When you're looking at a complex menu from another mod (like Patchouli guidebooks or FTB Quests), translating individual elements can be slow. Use the full-screen translation feature instead.

1. Open the menu or GUI you want to translate

2. Press the K key (default keybind)

3. The entire screen will translate at once

4.

5. All text on that screen will update to your chosen language

Tips for Best Results

Full-screen translation works best on static menus where you're reading information rather than typing. If you need to interact with buttons or text fields after translation, the mod preserves clickable links and interactive elements, so you can still use them normally. For very large guidebooks, you may need to press K multiple times as you scroll through pages.
