Understanding Shulker Preview Icons

What the Preview Shows

When you look at a shulker box in your inventory, the mod displays a small icon overlay representing the contents inside. This icon is a visual summary—typically showing the most prominent or first item stored in that shulker.

Reading the Preview

The preview icon appears directly on top of the shulker box slot. If a shulker contains multiple different items, the mod selects one representative icon to display. This lets you quickly identify which shulker holds what without opening it.

If a shulker is empty, no preview icon will appear—you'll see only the blank shulker box. This makes it easy to spot unused storage at a glance.

Limitations

The preview shows *one* item type per shulker. If you need to know the exact quantity of items or see all contents at once, you'll still need to open the shulker. The mod is designed for quick visual scanning, not detailed inventory management.
