Organizing Your Inventory with Shulker Previews

Sort by Item Type

Arrange your shulkers so each one holds a single item type or related category. This makes the preview icon most useful—you'll instantly recognize which shulker contains wood, stone, ores, or building blocks.

Create a Visual System

Place shulkers in a consistent order in your inventory or storage chest. Since you can now see previews without opening them, arrange them by category (materials, tools, decorative blocks, etc.). This turns your inventory into a scannable grid.

Combine with Naming

Use anvils to name your shulkers with descriptive labels. The preview icon combined with a named shulker creates a powerful system: you see the icon instantly and can read the label if you need confirmation.

Reduce Opening Time

When gathering resources or building, you can now grab the right shulker from a pile without trial-and-error opening. Glance at the previews, identify your target, and grab it—saving clicks and time during active gameplay.
