Set Up Your First Crafting Station
Locate the Crafting Area
Walk into the main room of the house. You'll find a crafting table already placed and ready to use. This is your primary workspace for combining materials into tools and items.
Gather Starting Materials
Before crafting, collect resources from around the house:
- Check the storage chests in the main room for any starter items
- Look outside near the garden for loose wood and stone blocks
- Break fallen logs or mine exposed stone with your hand if needed
Begin Crafting
Approach the crafting table and open it. Use the wood you collected to craft wooden planks, then combine those into sticks. With sticks and stone, you can craft your first stone tools—a pickaxe, axe, and shovel. These upgrades let you harvest resources much faster than your bare hands.
Expand Your Workshop
Once you have basic tools, consider placing a furnace next to your crafting table (one is usually provided in the house). This lets you smelt ore and cook food without walking between rooms. Keep your workspace organized by storing similar materials in nearby chests.
