Improve Nether Terrain Appearance
Nether Ground Textures
The Nether's unique ground blocks — crimson nylium (red) and warped nylium (blue) — now display extended top-layer colors down their block sides. This makes Nether cliffs, drops, and terrain features look more cohesive and visually striking.
Seeing the Effect in the Nether
1. Travel to a crimson forest or warped forest biome
2. Look for exposed nylium blocks on cliffs, ravines, or terrain drops
3. The red or blue top texture now extends partway down the sides
4. Steep terrain and multi-layer drops show the effect most clearly
Best Nether Locations
- Warped forest cliffs with blue nylium sides
- Crimson forest ravines and drops
- Custom Nether terrain you've carved or built
- Areas where you've exposed nylium through mining or construction
Building with This Pack
If you're building structures in the Nether, the extended nylium textures make terrain blending easier. Carved-out areas and custom landscaping look more intentional and polished. The effect requires no setup — it applies to all nylium blocks automatically.
