Updating Your Stored Password

If you want to change your login password, you'll need to modify the password file that Simple Login Mod stores on your computer.

Steps to Change Password

1. Close Minecraft completely

2. Navigate to your Minecraft installation folder

3. Locate the Simple Login Mod configuration or data folder (typically in .minecraft/config or a mod-specific directory)

4. Find the password file associated with the server

5. Edit the file with a text editor and update your password

6. Save the file and close the editor

7. Relaunch Minecraft and join the server

Server-Side Coordination

If your server has an admin panel or command system, you may need to notify the server administrator of your password change, depending on how the mod is configured. Some servers allow players to change passwords through in-game commands—check with your server for available options.

Always back up your password file before making changes.
