Customize Overlay for Better Visibility While Building

Assess Your Current Setup

Spend a few minutes building or mining with your current overlay settings. Note whether you can easily spot which block you're targeting, especially when working quickly or in complex builds.

Increase Contrast

Choose an overlay color that contrasts sharply with the blocks you work with most often. If you build with dark blocks, use a bright color like lime green or cyan. For light blocks, try darker colors or high-saturation hues.

Boost Visibility

Increase the overlay's opacity so it stands out clearly without requiring you to focus hard on finding it. A more prominent overlay reduces eye strain during long building sessions.

Select a Distinct Overlay Type

If available, choose a thicker or more prominent overlay style. Solid lines are typically easier to spot than thin or dotted variants.

Test While Building

Place and break blocks in your creative space. Verify that you can instantly identify your target block without hesitation. Adjust color, transparency, or type again if needed until the overlay feels natural and helpful rather than distracting.
