Enable Automatic Updates for Your Mods

Access the Update Manager

Open the Silicon Mod menu from your main screen. You'll see a list of all mods that support Silicon's update system. Each mod entry shows its current version and update status.

Configure Automatic Downloads

Locate the mod you want to auto-update and select it. Look for an option to enable automatic updates—this setting allows Silicon to download new versions in the background without prompting you each time.

Once enabled, Silicon will check for updates at regular intervals. When a new version is found, it downloads automatically and prepares the file for the next game launch.

Verify Your Settings

Return to the main update menu to confirm the mod now shows an "auto-update enabled" indicator. You can toggle this on or off at any time if you prefer manual control instead.

Automatic updates are useful if you want to stay current without checking manually, but you can always disable them per-mod if you need to test compatibility first or prefer stable versions.
