Move the FPS Counter to a Different Corner

Accessing the Configuration

The FPS counter position can be customized through the mod's configuration file. Open your Minecraft config folder and locate the Show FPS On Screen Mod settings file.

Changing the Position

Within the configuration, you'll find options to adjust the horizontal and vertical placement of the counter. Common positions include:

  • Top-left (default for many setups)
  • Top-right
  • Bottom-left
  • Bottom-right

Edit the position values according to your preference. If your config uses directional settings, select your desired corner. Some versions allow pixel-level offset adjustments if you want fine-tuned placement.

Applying Changes

Save the configuration file and restart Minecraft for the changes to take effect. Launch a world and verify the counter appears in your chosen location. If it's still not positioned correctly, double-check that you've saved the file properly and that the coordinate values are within valid ranges for your screen resolution.

You can adjust this as many times as needed without reinstalling the mod.
