Adjust FPS Counter Size and Text Color

Finding Display Settings

Open the mod's configuration file from your Minecraft config folder. Look for display-related options that control how the FPS text appears on screen.

Customizing Appearance

You can typically adjust:

  • Text size or scale: Increase for better visibility or decrease to reduce screen space usage
  • Text color: Change the RGB values or select from preset colors (white, yellow, green, red, etc.)
  • Opacity/transparency: Make the text more or less transparent if supported
  • Font style: Some versions allow bold or shadow effects for better readability

Testing Your Changes

After editing the configuration values, save the file and restart Minecraft. Load into a world and check how the counter looks. If the text is too small or hard to read against your background, increase the size or try a different color. Experiment with different combinations until you find a setup that's both visible and unobtrusive.

Remember to save your config file before restarting—unsaved changes won't take effect.
