Debug and Reload Configurations

Managing ShiftedLib Configs

ShiftedLib provides commands to reload and debug configuration changes without restarting your game.

Reload Server Configs

Use this command to reload all server-side configurations:

`

/shiftedlib reloadConfigs

`

This applies changes from shiftedlib.json, including the obtainablesToIgnore list and debug settings.

Reload Client Configs

For client-side settings like tooltip preferences:

`

/shiftedlib_client reloadClientConfigs

`

This reloads shiftedlib_client.json without requiring a full game restart.

Enable Debug Logging

1. Open shiftedlib.json in your config folder

2. Set debug to true:

"debug": true

`

3. Run /shiftedlib reloadConfigs

4. Check your game logs for detailed information about mod behavior

Debug mode is useful for troubleshooting obtainables, item components, or mod conflicts. Disable it when done to reduce log spam and improve performance.
