Setting Up Shared Inventories on Your Fabric Server

Basic Setup

Shared Inventory Mod synchronizes player inventories across your Fabric server in real time. Install the mod on your server, then use operator commands to organize players into inventory groups.

Create a new group with /sharedinv group add <name>, then assign players using /sharedinv join <group>. All players in the same group share their main inventory, hotbar, armor slots, and offhand items instantly.

Set a default group for new players with /sharedinv default set <group>. When someone joins, they automatically enter this group and access its shared items. Use /sharedinv default clear to remove the default setting.

No client-side installation required—players join with any standard Minecraft client. The mod handles synchronization when players log in, disconnect, or swap items.
