Keep Hand Movement While Disabling Screen Shake

Open Mod Menu Settings

Access Mod Menu and navigate to the Shake Tweaks Mod configuration.

Selective Disable for Screen Only

If you want to maintain some visual feedback while reducing motion sickness or distraction, disable only the screen-related effects:

• Toggle Disable Screen Bobbing to ON
• Toggle Disable Horizontal Bobbing to ON
• Toggle Disable Screen Damage Tilt to ON

Leave the hand-related options disabled (OFF):

• Disable Hand Bobbing should remain OFF
• Disable Hand Damage Tilt should remain OFF

This configuration keeps your hand and arm visible responding to damage, providing feedback without the disorienting screen movement. This is useful if you find full screen shake distracting but still want some indication that you've been hit.

Verify In-Game

Take damage and observe that your hand moves while your view remains stable.
