How the Virtual Wallet Works

The Sg Economy API Mod adds a virtual money system to Minecraft. Instead of carrying coins, gems, or other physical currency items, your balance is stored as a single number tied directly to your player data. This means your money stays with your character at all times and never takes up inventory or chest space.

You can view your current balance in two places: directly on your screen as an on-screen display, and inside your inventory menu. This makes it easy to check your funds without opening any special interface.

Because this mod is designed as a base tool, it does not add shops, jobs, or ways to earn money on its own. Server owners and modpack makers use it to build their own economies on top of it. Servers can also choose whether their money system uses whole numbers or decimals, depending on how they want prices and payouts to work.
