Prevent Teleporting Into Dangerous Blocks

How Teleport Safety Works

The plugin can detect when your saved home location is unsafe—surrounded by lava, in mid-air, or on an unstable block. When teleport safety is enabled, the system finds a nearby safe spot to place you instead of directly at your saved coordinates.

What Counts as Safe

The plugin looks for solid ground where you can stand without taking damage. If your home is in a dangerous area, you'll be moved to the nearest safe block within the surrounding area.

Server Configuration

Your server owner controls whether this feature is active through the teleportSafety setting. If it's enabled, you don't need to do anything—the protection happens automatically when you teleport.

Best Practices

Even with safety enabled, save homes in well-lit, stable locations. Avoid saving homes directly on the edge of cliffs or in active lava flows. This ensures you always land exactly where you expect, rather than being displaced to a nearby safe zone.
