Set Up Teleport Portals to Different Game Worlds

Placing Portal Frames

Teleport portals guide players from the lobby to your server's different game modes and worlds. Start by identifying where you want each portal entrance in the lobby—typically along the main pathways or in designated corner zones.

Place portal frame blocks in your chosen locations. These should be visually distinct so players recognize them as exits. Consider using contrasting colors or glowing blocks to make portals stand out against the lobby floor.

Linking Portals to Destinations

Once your frames are built, configure each portal's destination. Use a command block or sign-based system (depending on your server setup) to link the portal to the target world coordinates.

Test each portal by walking through it—you should be transported to the correct world. If a portal sends you to the wrong location, adjust the destination coordinates in the configuration.

Label each portal clearly with a sign showing the world name (e.g., "Survival World," "PvP Arena"). This helps new players understand where each portal leads before they enter.
