Organize Lobby Zones for Different Activities

Dividing the Space

The lobby's open floor space should be organized into clear zones so players know where to go for different purposes. Use floor markings, railings, or subtle height changes to separate areas without blocking movement.

Designate zones for: player gathering/socializing, teleport portals, server shops, NPC guides, and information boards. Keep pathways wide and clear so players can navigate between zones without congestion.

Marking Zones Visually

Use different floor materials or colors to distinguish each zone—for example, stone brick for the social area, dark oak wood for the shop zone, and polished blackstone for portals.

Add signs at zone entrances labeling what players will find there. This is especially helpful for new players who don't know the layout yet.

Ensure the main spawn point is centrally located so players can easily reach all zones from there. Avoid placing important zones in hard-to-reach corners.
