Manually Change the Current Season
Using season time commands
You can manually advance or set the season to a specific point using chat commands.
Set to a specific season time
Run /season set <value> to jump directly to a season time. The value represents progress through the seasonal cycle. This is useful for testing seasonal features or skipping ahead.
Add time to the current season
Run /season add <value> to advance the season by a specific amount without replacing the current time. This lets you gradually progress through seasons without losing your place entirely.
Check what season you're in
Use /season info to see your exact season time and confirm which season is active. This helps you understand what value to set or add.
Dimension limitations
These commands only work in dimensions that support seasonal changes. The Nether and The End will show an error message if you try to use season commands there. This is intentional—those dimensions don't have seasons.
