Locating Horses

Horses spawn naturally throughout the mod's seasonal biomes, particularly in open plains and forest clearings. Look for them in Shibazakura Plains, Ginkgo Groves, and similar temperate areas. They appear more frequently during daylight hours.

Taming Your Horse

Approach a horse slowly to avoid startling it. Right-click on the horse with an empty hand to begin the taming process. The horse may buck you off—this is normal. Keep trying; you'll see hearts appear when the horse accepts you as a rider.

Once tamed, you can equip the horse with a saddle by right-clicking while holding one. Add armor for protection during combat or long journeys through dangerous terrain.

Riding Tips

Use WASD to move and Space to jump while mounted. Horses can traverse steep mountain paths and cross rivers, making them invaluable for exploring the mod's varied landscapes. Tamed horses will follow you if you dismount nearby, so you won't lose them easily. Consider keeping multiple horses at a home base for different purposes—one for speed, one for combat with armor.
