Customize Friend and Target Lists for Quick Recognition

Adding Players to Your Lists

Access your mod's friend and target management menu (usually in settings or via a dedicated keybind). Add player names to either list using the in-game chat command or the settings interface. Friends appear with one highlight color; targets appear with another, making instant visual identification possible during chaotic fights.

Using Lists During Combat

When ESP Outlines is active, players on your lists render with distinct colors. Friendly players might glow green while targets glow red—this prevents accidental hits on allies and helps you focus fire on threats. The color coding works through walls, so you always know who's nearby.

Managing Your Lists

Regularly update your lists as alliances shift on your server. Remove inactive players and add new threats. You can maintain separate lists for different servers if you play on multiple worlds.

Chat Commands

Most friend/target management supports quick commands like /friend add [name] or /target add [name] for rapid updates mid-session. Check your mod's command list for exact syntax on your installation.
