Winning as the Seeker
Establish a Search Pattern
Don't wander randomly. Start by clearing the house room by room systematically—check corners, behind furniture, and inside secret walls methodically. Once the interior is clear, move to the island grounds in a grid pattern, sweeping from one area to the next.
Listen and Watch for Movement
Pay attention to subtle sounds: footsteps, breathing, or the rustle of hiding players shifting position. Watch for movement in your peripheral vision, especially near trees and shadowed areas where hiders feel safest.
Check Obvious Spots First
Most players hide in the same locations repeatedly. Prioritize furniture clusters, corners, and known secret wall spaces early. This eliminates hiding spots quickly and forces remaining players to relocate or be found.
Use Lighting to Your Advantage
The dark corners that help hiders can work against them. Approach shadowed areas carefully and let your eyes adjust. Hiders often assume darkness makes them invisible, so check these spots thoroughly.
Flush Out Remaining Players
If time is running low and you haven't found everyone, make noise and move visibly around the island. This forces nervous hiders to reveal themselves by running or shifting position.
