Scroll Through Long Item Tooltips

Basic Scrolling

When you hover over an item with a long description, the tooltip may extend beyond your screen. Instead of losing information, use your mouse wheel to scroll through the text.

To scroll vertically:

1. Hover your mouse over the item to display its tooltip

2. Roll your mouse wheel up or down to navigate through the description

3. Continue scrolling until you've read all the information

Horizontal Scrolling

Some tooltips contain wide text that extends off-screen horizontally.

To scroll left and right:

1. Hover over the item as normal

2. Hold Shift on your keyboard

3. Roll your mouse wheel to move the tooltip text left or right

4. Release Shift to return to vertical scrolling

This is especially useful on servers with custom items that have multiple columns of stats, enchantments, or ability descriptions. The mod ensures no information is hidden—you simply navigate through it at your own pace rather than having text cut off at screen edges.
