1. Decide which disease or effect you need from the book

2. Gather any items that might help counteract unwanted side effects

3. Ensure you're in a safe location away from mobs and hazards

4. Have an escape plan if the effect becomes unmanageable

Reading for a Specific Effect

1. Pick up the placed SCP-1025 book

2. Open it and carefully navigate to the desired page

3. Read only that page

4. Immediately close the book and place it back down

5. Use healing items or other remedies as needed

Caution
