Optimize Anchor Placement for Crystal PvP Arena Setup

Pre-Fight Planning

Before combat starts, scout your arena and identify good anchor positions. Look for spots that give you tactical advantage: near your opponent's spawn point, along escape routes, or at high ground. The mod's instant charging means you can set up multiple anchors quickly.

Placement Strategy

1. Hold glowstone and place anchors at key positions around the arena

2. Space them so each one covers different areas—don't cluster them in one spot

3. Position anchors where your opponent is likely to be, not where you're standing

4. Use the camera snap to stay aware of the overall arena while placing

Anchor Density

Place enough anchors to control the fight space, but not so many that you run out of glowstone. Each anchor you place consumes glowstone from your hand, so manage your inventory accordingly.

During Combat

As the fight progresses, detonate anchors strategically when your opponent is nearby. If you need more anchors, place new ones using your remaining glowstone. The instant charging means you can adapt your setup mid-fight without losing focus on your opponent.
