Troubleshoot Ryuko Not Appearing or Animating

Check Config File Existence and Syntax

The most common issue is a missing or malformed config file. Verify that config/pleasurehorizons/girls/ryuko_matoi.json exists and contains valid JSON syntax. Use an online JSON validator if unsure. The file must reference the model ID ryuko_matoi correctly so PleasureCraft recognizes it.

Verify Resource Pack is Active

Open Resource Packs in Options and confirm Ryuko Matoi is in the Selected column, not Available. If it's missing entirely, the zip file wasn't placed in the correct resourcepacks folder. Restart the game after activating.

Check Mod Compatibility

Ensure PleasureCraft is installed and running. Load a world and check the mod list. If animations aren't playing, your PleasureCraft version may not support the animation count—try updating both the mod and resource pack.

Reset and Reload

Delete any cached data in your PleasureCraft folder, restart Minecraft completely, and try spawning again. If still broken, verify your config references valid spawn conditions for your world type (survival/creative).
