Troubleshoot Missing Monsters or Sounds

Verify Plugin Installation

If monsters aren't appearing or sounds are missing, confirm both MythicMobs and ModelEngine are properly installed:

1. Check that plugins/MythicMobs/ and plugins/ModelEngine/ folders exist on your server

2. Verify the blueprints folder is at plugins/ModelEngine/blueprints/ with monster files inside

3. Restart the server completely (not just reload)

Reload Commands

After installation or file changes, run both reload commands in the server console:

/mm reload (reloads MythicMobs)
/meg reload (reloads ModelEngine)

Resource Pack Issues

If monsters appear but sounds are silent or textures look wrong:

1. Confirm all players have the resource pack enabled

2. Verify the pack is distributed from the correct folder

3. Check that players haven't disabled it in their Resource Packs menu

4. Restart the client after enabling the pack

Server Logs

Check your server console for error messages mentioning MythicMobs or ModelEngine. These logs indicate what failed during loading and help identify missing files or configuration errors.
