The Round Sun & Moon Resource Pack can work alongside other visual mods, but load order and compatibility matter.

Best Practices for Layering

1. Place Round Sun & Moon above other sky-related packs in your resource pack list

2. If using packs that modify clouds, stars, or skybox colors, test them together first—some combinations may cause visual conflicts

3. Avoid stacking multiple packs that replace sun/moon textures, as only the topmost pack will display

4. Check that shader mods (if installed) don't override the circular sun/moon with their own celestial rendering

Testing Compatibility

Load your world and observe both day and night cycles. The sun should appear smooth and round during daytime, and the moon should be clearly circular at night. If the vanilla blocky sun reappears, the pack isn't loading correctly or is buried beneath another pack in the list.

For best results with immersive packs, use Round Sun & Moon as your primary sky enhancement and layer only non-conflicting packs (like weather or ambient sound packs) beneath it.
