Customizing Moon Appearance

The Round Moon HD Resource Pack enhances the moon's visual fidelity, but you may want to fine-tune how prominent it appears in your night sky depending on your monitor settings and personal preference.

Steps to Adjust Visibility

1. Access your resource pack folder by navigating to .minecraft/resourcepacks/ and locating the Round Moon HD pack directory

2. Open the assets folder and find the textures related to celestial bodies

3. Locate moon texture files — these control the moon's appearance and brightness

4. Adjust gamma or brightness settings in-game through Video Settings if the moon appears too dim or washed out

5. Test at different times — view the moon at various points in the night cycle to see how it looks

6. Compare with vanilla by temporarily disabling the pack to establish a baseline

Tips

If the moon appears too bright and washes out stars, try reducing your overall brightness setting slightly. If it's too dim, increase Brightness in Video Settings. The pack is designed to work best with default or slightly elevated brightness levels for optimal clarity and realism.
