Troubleshooting the Reward Claim GUI Not Working

The Browser Still Opens

If clicking the Daily Reward token still launches a browser, the mod is not intercepting the click. This almost always means the mod is not loaded in your current session. Check your mod list for the profile you launched, and confirm the mod file is present and enabled. Restart the game after fixing the profile, then test the token again.

The GUI Opens but Nothing Happens

The mod has to retrieve reward data from Hypixel before it can display or confirm anything. If your connection is slow or Hypixel is under load, the screen may sit empty or the confirm may fail. If it keeps failing, close the GUI, reopen the token, and try once more.

The GUI Looks Wrong or Frozen

A frozen or misdrawn screen is usually a client-side hiccup rather than a problem with your reward. Close the screen with the usual escape control, then reopen the token from the Delivery Man menu. If it recurs, restart Minecraft. Remember that the reward itself is tied to your Hypixel account, so a failed in-game attempt does not consume anything — you can safely retry until the confirmation succeeds.
