Manage Multiple Conversations Efficiently

Handling Rapid Messages

When multiple players message you in quick succession, Reply Mod tracks only the most recent sender. This requires strategy for managing conversations.

Best practices:

1. Reply immediately after receiving a message if you want to continue that conversation

2. If interrupted by another message, scroll up to verify who you're replying to before using /r

3. For important conversations, use your server's standard direct message command with the player's name to ensure accuracy

Organizing Your Workflow

On active servers, consider replying to messages as they arrive rather than batching replies later. This prevents confusion about who sent the last message. If you need to have multiple ongoing conversations, the standard named direct message command may be more reliable than relying on /r, which only remembers one sender at a time.

Reply Mod is most useful for quick back-and-forth exchanges with one person, rather than juggling many simultaneous conversations.
